Company quality policy
We adhere to scientific and technological innovation and management innovation, continuous improvement of the quality of products and services, to meet customer and legal requirements.
According to the basic principles of quality management - process method, the company's quality management system is divided into four processes:
1 management responsibility
This process determines the company's quality policy and objectives, the formation of documents; the establishment of the company's quality organization, a clear relationship with the quality of the management, implementation, verification personnel responsibilities, authority and mutual relations; clear the company's fundamental goal is to achieve and enhance customer satisfaction.
2 resource management process
Human resources and production facilities are the guarantee of the effective operation of the quality management system, but also the basis of product realization, the process of the above two kinds of resources for management and control.
3 product realization process
The process, design and development, procurement, production and service supply, measurement and monitoring device are controlled by the product realization plan, design and development, procurement, production and service.
4 measurement, analysis and improvement process
This process provides for the internal audit, monitoring and measurement of the process, product monitoring and measurement, control, data analysis, data analysis, corrective measures and preventive measures to meet customer requirements and to achieve continuous improvement.
